About This Role
We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients get maximum value from BlueCollar Projects. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, driving adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
What You'll Do
- Own the customer relationship post-implementation
- Develop and execute customer success plans for each account
- Conduct regular business reviews and health checks
- Drive product adoption and identify expansion opportunities
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally
- Coordinate with support, implementation, and product teams
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks
- Create customer-facing resources and best practice documentation
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience with SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of construction industry or ERP systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven approach to customer health and success metrics
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
- Background in construction, field service, or manufacturing
- Experience with customer success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero, etc.)
- Project management certification (PMP, CSM)
